Promotional Items, Inc.™ authorized Account Executives perform all functions connected with order placement on our toll
free sales line. One account executive takes the necessary information and is your personal contact for your order from
start to finish. All employees are investigated prior to employment and are certified by our company.
In addition, all phone lines are land lines for your added security.
Documentation and Facility Security
Promotional Items, Inc.™ destroys all extraneous documentation associated with an order after it is entered into order
processing. All hard copies of order documentation are stored in a secure access building. Once an order is entered into
processing only an authorized Staff Executive can access that information. Electronic order processing information
can only be accessed by an authorized Staff Executive as well. Facility visitors are not allowed.
