I want to place an order for your promo items but not online. What do I do?

I want a hard copy of my order and an ad copy or art proof. Does PII provide that to me?
Answer: Yes that is standard procedure. For every firm order placed online or by phone you will be faxed
a hard copy of your promotional items order outlining the order parameters and itemized total order cost.
Included with that is an ad copy proof, confirming art copy proof or a rough art layout with instruction
depending on your individual promotional items order.
What is the least amount of a promotional item I can order? Also what is & up pricing mean?
Answer: Each item on each product page lists the order quantities along with the unit pricing.
The smallest numerical quantity shown for any given item is the minimum order quantity for that product.
Answer: At PII we contract for the entire year at large quantity high volume pricing. We pass the savings along
to our customers in the form of & up pricing. It is the last quantity listed
for a given item. In short, cheap as it gets.
I can t find the item(s) I want on the website. Do you have more products available?
Answer: Yes. The PII website offers an extensive selection of promo items, products and gifts but it entails
less than 1% of the total selection PII has to offer. Currently the total selection
is around one million promo items.

We want to put our logo on a promo item but don t know what camera ready art is. What do we do?
Answer: Camera ready art is high resolution imagery prepared by a graphic artist according to industry standards.

Do you charge a set up fee or screen charge for every promo item? Also is the imprint included?
Answer: Set up or screen charges are listed in the Imprinted: area of information for each item on each page.
Answer: A one color imprint or decoration method is included in the price for all items on our company website.
How are shipping or freight charges determined? Also, is tax charged on a promo products order?
Answer: Shipping is charged at actual cost from the factory to the destination zip code according to the bulk order
quantity using current case lot packaging, carton size, individual carton weight and total number of cartons per order.
When an order is placed we contact the factory for actual current UPS ground shipping cost for your individual order(s).
At PII we know that shipping cost is a factor and we make every effort to utilize the least expensive method available.
Answer: States that charge state sales tax, tax applies right down to your particular city, county and state taxes.
The only exception is if you are an organization, military or government agency that is exempt from state sales tax.
Proof of exemption in the form a copy of your actual state sales tax exemption certificate must be faxed to us.
That is Federal Law and State law for all for states that currently do charge sales tax. No exceptions.
Does PII accept orders from military bases and government agencies based on foreign soil?
Answer: Absolutely yes. We ship to an APO and accept military or government P-Cards. In placing your order online,
please make certain that you are entering the into the online form the exact way a shipment has to be addressed
in order to be delivered. Also, provide direct dial phone and fax numbers EXACTLY the way we would dial from
the USA to you so that if we have any questions concerning your promo items order, they can be addressed.
What forms of payment do you accept for our promotional product order?

I want a sample or a bunch of samples before I place my order. Will you send me what I want?
Answer: More than likely, NOT in this life. We collected data from the two previous years on sample requests.
We found that 9 1/2 out of 10 sample requests never resulted in an order. It has nothing to do with quality.
Most of the items on our website are brand names. It does have everything to do with "Sampler's"
seeking to gather merchandise from multiple promotional items companies under false pretenses,
people with bright ideas without authorityto purchase and committees which is another story.
The shipping cost and man hours over the course of a year really adds up. Therefore, we
only process sample requests on a case by case basis. We provide excellent images and
product descriptions. Also, we have written Product Guarantee that you can rely on.
Does your company provide samples indiscriminately of your products or services?
We think not in most cases. Guess what? Neither does our company.
We are in the promotional items business, not the sample business.
Do you accept orders from countries outside the USA for delivery inside the USA?
Answer: In most cases yes. There are certain criteria that must be met. One of those is the order must be
delivered to a freight forwarding company on USA soil or a branch office of your company within the USA.
Another is full payment in advance via bank wire transfer is the standard form of payment for these orders.

Do you accept orders for delivery outside the USA?
Answer: To Canada, yes in most cases. You will be responsible for all taxes, duties, customs, and freight.
It is highly desirable to ship to a freight forwarder within Canada for delivery within Canada.
To other countries, mostly not, it on a case by case basis.
We are a Non Profit or Not For Profit organization. Will you provide us with lower prices?
Answer: No. We do not discriminate against nor favor any company or organization. That is company policy.
We make available the same low promotional items prices to all.
Do you bid for business and fill out a bunch of forms hoping for an order?
Answer: Never. PII will not engage in so called "competitive
bidding".
Bottom feeding is a much more truthful descriptive phrase than bidding.
Our prices on promo items are among the lowest if not the lowest in the nation.
We have a FIRM NO-BID COMPANY POLICY and will not ever deviate from that policy.
